Facebook for iPhone and iPad lets you stay connected and share
information with friends while on the go. Use your iPhone to chat via
Facebook chat, look up a mobile number or upload your own mobile photos
to Facebook.
Facebook for iPhone and iPad enables users to
interact in Facebook at almost every way possible, including writing
or reading notes, commenting on walls and photos, "liking" posts,
zooming into photos and making and accepting friend requests. There’s a
newly designed main menu for you to interact with up to 9 of the most
commonly used Facebook functions. This includes viewing the News feed
similar to the Facebook feed, make or respond to messages, create or get
updated to "RSVP-ed" events and see a list of your friends and mutual
friends with a built-in search.
There is also access to the Timeline, one of the biggest features of Facebook today. You can even play your games and apps in Facebook anytime, anywhere using this mobile version.
This app does not contain all of
the available features available with direct access to Facebook and
doesn't let you use third-party applications. However, if you need to
keep your iPhone or iPad in sync with your Facebook profile, this app is
the best for the job.
